Warranty Policy
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure your confidence and satisfaction, all of our items come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered
During this 12-month period, we will repair or replace any item that is found to be faulty due to: Manufacturing defects, Workmanship issues, Material faults
This warranty applies only to items that:
- Have been used under normal, intended conditions
- Have not been misused, modified, or damaged by the customer
- Have not been subject to improper care, storage, or handling
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Wear and tear from regular use
- Damage resulting from customer modifications or repairs
- Items damaged due to insufficient or improper packaging during return transit
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us with a description of the issue, your order number, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
- We will evaluate your claim and provide instructions for repair or replacement if the issue is covered under warranty.
- If the item needs to be returned to us, we will guide you through the shipping process. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Additional Notes
- For made-to-order and custom-made items, warranty coverage still applies, but claims must follow the outlined procedures.
- If a repair is not possible, we may offer a replacement item or, where appropriate, a partial refund.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
