Warranty Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure your confidence and satisfaction, all of our items come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

During this 12-month period, we will repair or replace any item that is found to be faulty due to: Manufacturing defects, Workmanship issues, Material faults

This warranty applies only to items that:

  • Have been used under normal, intended conditions
  • Have not been misused, modified, or damaged by the customer
  • Have not been subject to improper care, storage, or handling

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage resulting from customer modifications or repairs
  • Items damaged due to insufficient or improper packaging during return transit

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us with a description of the issue, your order number, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
  2. We will evaluate your claim and provide instructions for repair or replacement if the issue is covered under warranty.
  3. If the item needs to be returned to us, we will guide you through the shipping process. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Additional Notes

  • For made-to-order and custom-made items, warranty coverage still applies, but claims must follow the outlined procedures.
  • If a repair is not possible, we may offer a replacement item or, where appropriate, a partial refund.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
