Shipping Policy

Our delivery lead time varies depending on the size, weight, and destination of the products ordered. For most products, delivery charges are based on their size and weight, along with the delivery address. However, for certain products in the UK, the delivery charges are determined by the order value, and orders above specific values qualify for free delivery. You can find the applicable charges in your Shopping Cart or during Checkout. Please keep in mind that delivery charges for larger items can be notably higher than for smaller ones. If you have any concerns about the delivery charges, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll provide you with the best quote.

For deliveries outside the UK, local VAT at the rate of the destination country will apply. Once the shipment arrives in the destination country, the local authorities or the courier company will contact you regarding these charges, which must be paid before the goods can be delivered. In the event of a failed delivery resulting in the goods being returned to the UK, new delivery fees will be charged.

Please note that for multiple-product orders, the charges are based on your delivery destination and the net weight of the items. While some products may arrive separately, you will only be charged one shipping fee per order. It is essential to provide a complete postal address for delivery, as we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Customers outside the UK will be responsible for any applicable local VAT or similar sales taxes in their destination country. The relevant authorities or shipping company will contact you regarding these taxes, which must be paid before the goods can be delivered.

For standard items shipped directly from suppliers in China, the dispatch usually takes 5 - 7 working days, and the delivery time is estimated to be 4-8 weeks. We will provide you with the tracking details as soon as they become available. Please inspect the packaging for any damage upon delivery, and in case of any issues, contact the courier company directly or get in touch with us. Do keep in mind that this delivery service is non-timed and only available at the kerbside.

Large items and Made-to-Order items are delivered using a freight forwarding service. Made-to-Order items may take an estimated lead time of 12-16 weeks and are delivered at street level. The delivery personnel will bring the items to your front door or the nearest ground floor location, such as the lobby. They will not go upstairs or enter the residence due to liability reasons. Beyond that point, it is the customer's responsibility to transport the items. Please be prepared for this arrangement, as our obligation is to ensure the safe delivery of the product, but not inside your house. The order will be left in its original packaging, and the delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, or installation. Home delivery will be scheduled with an estimated date of delivery provided by the courier company. In case of a failed delivery outside the UK, new delivery fees will apply. 

Please note that the estimated lead time provided is not binding and cannot be guaranteed as factors beyond our control may arise i.e shipping delays, customs delays, or other external logistics.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the courier will return the item(s) to their facility. In such cases, please contact the courier to arrange a new delivery. Upon receiving the goods, please check the packaging for any external damage and photograph it before signing the delivery confirmation. If the item is damaged, inform the courier company/driver immediately upon delivery, and it is essential to retain the packaging, as the courier company must inspect the contents for any claims to be accepted. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance that the goods were received in perfect condition, and no claim for repair or replacement can be made.

For orders outside the UK, we ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means that customs import taxes and duties are not included in the final price. Therefore, your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties imposed by your country's customs authority or the shipping carrier used.

Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate the exact amount of these duties and taxes, as they are directly imposed by the destination country and vary between countries.

It is your responsibility to make the necessary payment for these fees to release your goods. Failure to do so may result in delays, potential storage fees, and the return of the goods, for which Antoine cannot be held responsible. Please familiarize yourself with your country's unique policies and regulations concerning imports, as Antoine cannot be held accountable for any costs incurred from the release of goods from any customs office. Additionally, please note that we reserve the right to deduct 20% of the total order value from any refund to cover return, storage, and insurance for shipments of goods refused by the customer at customs in the destination country.
